Shanghai crude oil futures close lower

SHANGHAI, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed lower Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.

The most active crude oil contract for January 2022 delivery went down 26.7 yuan (about 4.18 U.S. dollars) to close at 447.8 yuan a barrel.

The total trading volume for 14 listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 314,077 lots, with a turnover of about 146.1 billion yuan.

China launched the crude oil futures trading, which is open to overseas investment, in March 2018. Enditem
