SHANGHAI, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures closed higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active gold contract for February 2022 delivery was up 2.92 yuan (about 46 U.S. cents) to close at 368.68 yuan a gram.
The total trading volume for eight listed gold futures contracts on the exchange was 233,504 lots, with a turnover of about 85.8 billion yuan.
