SHANGHAI, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures closed higher Monday in daytime trading on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for January 2022 delivery went up 15.6 yuan (about 2.4 U.S. dollars) to close at 451.2 yuan a barrel.
The total trading volume for nine listed crude oil futures contracts on the exchange was 264,847 lots, with a turnover of about 119.2 billion yuan.
