JERUSALEM/JENIN, the West Bank -- Israel said its troops killed three armed Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on Sunday while they were on their way to carry out an attack against Israelis.

TEHRAN -- At least three people were killed and 11 others injured on Sunday as a number of semi-finished buildings collapsed in Iran's capital Tehran, local media reported.

RABAT -- Twenty-four people were killed when a van overturned on Sunday in the mountainous town of Demnate in central Morocco, the official MAP news agency reported, citing local authorities.

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia -- The talks on the Ukraine crisis concluded on Sunday in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah, where participants called for continuing international efforts to build a common ground for peace, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
