BEIJING, May 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Super League (CSL) club Shandong Taishan announced on Monday that forward Fei Nanduo picked up a leg injury in the club's 3-1 win over Nantong Zhiyun last Tuesday.

Fei, also known as Fernando Henrique da Conceicao, pulled a muscle in his right leg when he tried to beat the Nantong goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the game, Shandong Taishan said in a statement.

The 31-year-old is undergoing medical treatment and recovery, the club added, without specifying how long he might be sidelined for.

Fei, who has scored one goal and laid on three assists in six games this season, is expected to miss Shandong's visit to Wuhan Three Towns on Saturday. Enditem
