Ecological Green Engineering alone the Yellow River in Kenli County is under construction now. Ecological Green Engineering is the key greening program of Dongying city. The length of greening in Kenli County is nineteen kilometers and the total investment is 23.92 million yuan. This year, one hundred and six programs of total investment of 43.4 billion yuan are selected and confirmed to be launched.

A large scale of projects will be launched this year, promoting the development of an industry cluster and local economic transformation. Kenli is also committed to developing its ecological economy, especially eco-tourism and modern agriculture, through the creation of a 130-kilometer-long coastal eco-industrial belt. With a total investment of 620 million yuan, a Marine Economy Demonstration Area combining industry zone, economic zone and living areas will be built along the coastline in the east of Kenli County.

By launching a series of activities, the local government wants to attach more importance to the improvements of efficiency and pragmatism in administration. Additionally, it will establish 50 projects in the fields of education, public health, the well-being of senior citizens, new-type farming cultivation and public environment, in order to benefit all people. To speed up the new urbanization, Kenli will focus on the construction of nine rural communities and four rural community service centers to achieve the full coverage of community’s service.
