The Zibo Radio Museum opened its doors to the public on Thursday in Luoquanyu Village, Zichuan district of Zibo city.
At the same time, the base for the radio-science education of Zibo city was founded here.
More than two hundred radio fanatics from Shanxi, Hong Kong, Guangdong and Sichuan gathered here to share and exchange their experiences.
As Zhang Yuquan, chairman of Radio Amateur Association of Zibo explains, there are more than two hundred military radios of different time-periods included here, including radios of the Anti-Japanese War period.
Some of them come from abroad and others are one of a kind. This museum is open to the public free of charge and aims to spread the knowledge of radio science.
