No new confirmed locally-transmitted COVID-19 cases were reported in northeast China's Liaoning Province on Tuesday, the provincial health commission said Wednesday.
One new asymptomatic case was reported Tuesday in the coastal city of Dalian, according to the commission.
By the end of Tuesday, the province had reported a total of 255 confirmed cases, including 34 imported ones. Two people had died, and 160 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery.
There are 27 asymptomatic people still under medical observation, the commission said.
