The delegate from Zhejiang province and a teacher from Dachen Island, Weng Lifen makes a speech about education equality in Beijing on Nov 10, 2012. She said she was moved by the Congress' report which puts emphasis on education development in rural, remote, poor and ethnic group areas. "The meal subsidy for compulsory education to my school has risen from 350 yuan per student per year to 750 yuan per student per year." Weng holds two photos of her students having meals "Look, how they are enjoying their meals, and they are smiling!" [Xinhua]
