刚上航空公司的时候半年多的实习期内，一个月只能领到900元钱的工资，还不享受正式员工的各种福利。被航空公司录用后，她们还必须接受数月的职前培训，通过测验、实习后，才能成为真正的空乘服务员。而一般航空公司的职前培训费都在8000到1万元，一般是由空姐自己支付。
