编者按：24岁的王琪是安徽合肥人；作为一名模特，她对自己的身材不甚满意，希望通过隆胸手术来解决困扰。在王琪看来，自己一直游走在模特的边缘，甚至连内衣的广告都不敢接，最重要的原因是对自己的胸部不满意，而最近参加的胸模比赛也已经顺利晋级。于是王琪决定对自己的胸部动刀子。2015年7月中旬，王琪决定隆胸，并最终走进了手术室。“自己选择，自己承担，为自己活着。”王琪说。（图/文 江雨）

Editor's note: Wang Qi, a 24-year-old model from Hefei in east China's Anhui Province, has a poor body image and thinks that breast enlargement will solve her problems. She chose to go under the knife in mid-July, 2015. She often declines lingerie modeling work because she feels inadequate for having small breasts. After qualifying for a bra modeling competition, she finally mustered up the courage to have breast augmentation surgery. "I'll bear the consequences of my decision," she says. "I want to live for myself."
