编者按：如今，地方法院涌现出越来越多的青年法官，他们承担着基层法院大量民事案件的主审任务。本组图记录了重庆市云阳县人民法院民一庭4名“80后”法官的日常工作和生活点滴。地处三峡库区的云阳县法院1-11月案件增幅已超过30%，下半年呈现“井喷式”，司法需求与审判压力催生超常规工作。该院从10月份开始每周实行2天加班工作制，并开设“夜间法庭”，合理使用办案力量，努力化解社会矛盾。
Editor's note: Many young judges are active in local people's courts nowadays, assuming the important mission of handling cases according to law. The following pictures tell the daily work and life of four judges, all born in the 1980s, at the Yunyang County People's Court in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality. In the past 11 months, the number of civil disputes in the area has increased by 30 percent over the same period of last year, placing tremendous pressure on these young judges. In order to speed up the trial process, they are working hard day and night with their professionalism and dedication.
