四川华蓥：小山城惊现“黄金楼”

'Gold hotel building' in Sichuan Province
编者按：四川省华蓥市由民间投资5.8亿元兴建的被市民称为“黄金楼”的金辉国际酒店，总建筑面积10万平方米，主楼高99.8米，共23层，外墙为金色玻璃幕墙，意为金碧辉煌、诚心为金。该大楼于2015年末动工兴建，目前主体工程及外墙装饰即将竣工，拟于2017年春投入使用，己成为山城华蓥新的地标、又一道城市景观。
Editor's note: A "gold hotel building" has recently come into view in Huaying City, in southwest China's Sichuan Province. The 23-storey Jinhui International Hotel is 99.8 meters high and covers a construction area of 100,000 square meters, with an eye-catching glittering golden-glass outer wall. Construction started at the end of 2015 with a private investment of 580 million yuan (about US$88.34 million) and is expected to be completed and put into use in the spring of 2017. With a unique facade, it catches the attention of local citizens and tourists alike, and has become a distinctive part of the cityscape.
