编者按：不论是去过美国的中国人，还是来过中国的美国人，他们都不难发现，这两个国家的生活习惯是有差异的。

Chicken or pork	鸡肉还是猪肉？
In the US, when someone asks you what you are having for dinner, the answer normally includes the word "chicken"! In China, if you order a steamed bun as a tourist and you're not sure what's in it, nine times out of ten it will be pork. Pork is the most popular meat in China, and although you can find chicken in most restaurants, it is not as much of a staple food as in the US.	在美国，当有人问你中午想吃点什么，答案里经常会出现“鸡肉”的字眼。但是来到中国，如果你点了一份包子，十有八九是猪肉馅的。在中国，猪肉是最受欢迎的肉类，当然很多餐厅都能点到鸡肉，但鸡肉并不像在美国那样属于主食。
