The 30th batch of China Postdoctoral Science and Technology Service Corps paid a three-day visit to southern China's Zhuhai city from October 26 to 28.

The 30th batch of China Postdoctoral Science and Technology Service Corps paid a three-day visit to southern China's Zhuhai city from October 26 to 28. The opening ceremony was held in Hengqin's Inno Valley. 27 post doctorates communicated with businessmen from Zhuhai's enterprises and offered them valuable advice.

The enterprises at the ceremony included 11 Zhuhai enterprises, including Zhuhai Da Hengqin Technology Development, Guangdong Zhaobang Smartech, Zhuhai Yunzhou Tech, Zhuhai Unitech, Guangdong Geolong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Zhuhai Allmelux Chemical Co., Ltd. 27 projects were discussed during the activity.

According to reports, the 27 postdoctoral fellows invited were from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Beihang University, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Technology and other colleges and universities. The students were from 28 to 45 years old and majoring in electronic science and technology, applied economics, transportation engineering, information and communication engineering, control science and engineering.

Reporters also learned that the 27 projects covered technologies like population mobility image information acquisition, intelligent processing system, ‘Internet +' big data intelligence cloud platform, unmanned ship control, agricultural soil control and so on. It's expected that the post-doctoral experts will give great impetus to the development of the projects.

It's worth mentioning that the 2016 National Postdoctoral Academic Forum, the 2016 Chinese and Foreign Postdoctoral System Seminar and the 2016 China Postdoctoral Science Fund Business Training Course will also be held in Zhuhai this December.
