| 12月6日，“美奂”在成都大熊猫繁育研究基地玩耍。当日，经过回国一个月的“检疫生活”，旅美明星大熊猫“美轮”“美奂”在成都大熊猫繁育研究基地检疫站正式亮相。“美轮”和“美奂”是旅美大熊猫“伦伦”于2013年7月15日生下的一对雌性双胞胎，姐妹俩是美国境内出生并存活的首对大熊猫双胞胎宝宝。今年11月5日，“美轮”和“美奂”搭乘航班回到家乡成都，按照国家进出境动植物检疫法有关规定，两只大熊猫要先在成都大熊猫研究基地指定隔离场内进行为期30天的隔离检疫生活。1999年11月，大熊猫“伦伦”和“杨杨”前往美国亚特兰大动物园开始旅美生活，“美轮”和“美奂”是“伦伦”在美国繁育的第4胎。按照中美之间大熊猫租借协议，在美出生的大熊猫4岁前要回到中国。[新华社 薛玉斌 摄] Giant panda Meihuan plays at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province, Dec. 6, 2016.
