11月21日，在山东荣成寻山集团渔港码头，一名养殖工人展示分拣的鲍鱼。当日，山东省荣成市寻山集团360万粒鲍鱼开启“南下之旅”，前往福建莆田海域“过冬”，以避免北方天气转冷对鲍鱼养殖造成影响。山东荣成和福建莆田从2004年开始合作开展鲍鱼“南北对调”养殖，莆田海域养殖的鲍鱼5月份北上山东“度夏”，荣成海域养殖的鲍鱼11月开始南下莆田“过冬”。这种“候鸟式”养殖方式，既规避了海洋赤潮和海水温度变化造成鲍鱼死亡的风险，又能稳定鲍鱼在南、北方市场的销售量及价格。[新华社 王福东 摄]
