2017年11月23日上午十一点，四川雅安，大熊猫“八喜”“映雪”在栗子坪自然保护区被顺利放归大自然，这是全球第二次同时放归两只大熊猫。“映雪”发现笼门开后，迅速向山林深处跑去。雄性大熊猫“八喜”和雌性大熊猫“映雪”分别于2015年7月26日和7月12日出生于中国大熊猫保护研究中心卧龙核桃坪野化培训基地。经过两年多的野化培训，“八喜”“映雪” 生长发育良好，并跟随母亲掌握了基本的野外生存技能和逃生本领。大熊猫“八喜”体重达65公斤，体长107厘米；大熊猫“映雪”体重59公斤，体长89厘米。[视觉中国]
