More than 50 overseas students from the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden and other countries visited Hengqin's Inno Valley and inspected its investment situation on June 18, 2016. The event is organized by the Overseas Alumni Association to Zhuhai College of Jilin University and other organizations.

"I come to Hengqin in a bid to learn about its local investment environment and preferential policies and look for cooperation opportunities," said Mai Yingli, an MBA graduate from UK's Cardiff University who is now the vice president of a domestic company.

"We have contacted more than 500 overseas students in over 20 countries, covering the US, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and Bangladesh since the establishment of our alumni association and have organized dozens of activities. We hope to encourage more overseas students to return to China, looking for investment," stressed Mo Lingfeng, director of the Overseas Alumni Association to the Zhuhai College of Jilin University, which was registered in Delaware, USA on February 1 this year.

According to information from the Zhuhai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhuhai introduced over 6,000 returned students by the end of 2015. Among them, 600 are entrepreneurs, 30 are from the national policy of "the Recruitment Program of Global Experts" and two are Nobel Prize winners.
