Factory transformed into cultural park
12月3日，市民在洛阳天心文化创意产业园一家旧厂房改造的咖啡馆聊天。天心文化创意产业园位于河南省洛阳市老城区，前身为国机重工洛阳建筑机械厂。近年来，洛阳市本着“保护工业遗产、延续城市文脉、发展文化产业”的原则，利用旧厂区内闲置的工业厂房，打造特色鲜明、业态丰富的大型文化产业园。截至目前，整个园区共入驻商户60余家，涉及图书、演艺、文化艺术培训、餐饮、住宿等，成为当地年轻人打卡游玩的“网红”地。[新华社 李安 摄]
