上海动物园里的“中国虎”

10月11日，上海动物园科研人员展示冷冻保存的华南虎基因样品。华南虎是中国特有的虎亚种，又被称为“中国虎”，属于国家一级保护动物。上海动物园目前共生活着28只华南虎。为了保护这一濒危物种，上海动物园为每一只华南虎“建档立卡”进行物种鉴定，报“户口”上“家谱”，科学施策、精心饲喂。同时充分利用现代科学技术加强物种保护，建立华南虎基因库，开展基因保护研究。[新华社记者 张建松 摄]
