3月11日，游客在位于埃及法尤姆省的“鲸鱼谷”参观。“鲸鱼谷”位于埃及法尤姆省的沙漠深处，是古鲸类化石的重要发现地和展出地。这里4000万年前是一片汪洋，如今已成沙漠，古鲸化石散落其间，风蚀砂岩零星点缀。它于2005年被列入世界自然遗产名录，成为埃及第一处世界自然遗产。[新华社记者 隋先凯 摄]
