A sea turtle is released back to the sea by the Israeli Sea Turtle Rescue Center on a beach near the northern Israeli city of Hadera on June 6, 2022. The Israeli Sea Turtle Rescue Center near the northern city of Hadera was established in 1999 by the Israel Nature and Parks Authority, with the goal of rehabilitating injured sea turtles and returning them to the wild after their recovery.
