Farmers embrace apple harvest in southwest China
11月3日，果农在贵州省威宁县中水镇一保鲜冷库里搬运苹果。深秋时节，贵州省威宁彝族回族苗族自治县种植的苹果陆续收获。果农忙着采摘、搬运、包装苹果，供应市场。近年来，素有“阳光城”美誉的贵州威宁县充分利用高海拔、低纬度、日照时数长、昼夜温差大的天然优势发展优质苹果产业。目前威宁县苹果挂果面积21万余亩，年产量18万余吨，产业覆盖3.9万户农户，苹果成为乡村产业振兴路上的“致富果”。新华社记者 杨文斌 摄
