11月3日，厨师在世界中华火锅宴大赛上准备食材。当日，2022第五届世界川菜大会在四川雅安开幕，本届大会以“让世界爱上川菜”为大会主题，突出“品川菜、喝雅茶、看熊猫”活动主题，川菜领域专家学者以及国内美食行家、川菜品牌企业代表等齐聚一堂，共话川菜产业创新发展。大会期间将开展川菜烹饪技能大赛、川味小吃大赛、火锅宴大赛等活动，大厨们现场制作菜品，评委现场品鉴打分，同行互相切磋学习，参观食客们一饱口福，共享川菜盛宴。新华社记者 刘琼 摄
