5th World Sichuan Cuisine Conference held in SW China

11月3日,厨师在世界中华火锅宴大赛上准备食材。当日,2022第五届世界川菜大会在四川雅安开幕,本届大会以“让世界爱上川菜”为大会主题,突出“品川菜、喝雅茶、看熊猫”活动主题,川菜领域专家学者以及国内美食行家、川菜品牌企业代表等齐聚一堂,共话川菜产业创新发展。大会期间将开展川菜烹饪技能大赛、川味小吃大赛、火锅宴大赛等活动,大厨们现场制作菜品,评委现场品鉴打分,同行互相切磋学习,参观食客们一饱口福,共享川菜盛宴。新华社记者 刘琼 摄
