Miao Yifeng
Miao was born in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, in 1957. He is now a professional photographer. He is a member of the Jiangsu Photographers Association and currently holds many other posts: director of Suzhou Photographers Association, vice chairman of Changshu Photographers Association, assignment photographer of CFP (ChinaFotoPress) under the State Council Information Office, manager and art director of Changshu Yifeng Advertising Co., Ltd. Miao’s works were often awarded in national and provincial photo contests, also being published in several newspapers and magazines. He completed a course in photography at the College of Economic Management at Beijing Union University in 1989. In 1993, he studied in the journalism department at the Beijing Broadcasting Institute. In 2000, he finished his training with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and China Photographers Association, obtaining his teaching certificate for photography.
