Yang Xinmao
Born in 1953 in Yang County, Shaanxi, Yang Xinmao now works in Local Taxation Bureau of Urumqi in western China's Xinjiang uygur Autonomous Region. He is the member of Urumqi Photographers Association, Xinjiang Photographers Association, and he is the managing director of Urumqi taxation bureaus staff photographers Association. He started learning photography in 1978, Specializing in landscapes, flowers, photography. He attended many photography exhibitions and events in Urumqi.
