the press conference sponsored by the State Council
Information Office on August 22nd, Mr. Long Yongtu,
chief negotiator, vice minister of Ministry of Foreign
Trade and Economic Cooperation(MOFTEC), and Mr.
Cui Bo, secretary of Secretariat of Central Committee
of Communist Youth League of China, gave brief introductions
on the development of Chinese volunteerism. Both
