Adjust font size:

The Jiangsu Dragons are facing elimination from the CBA playoff semifinals after losing 97-82 on their home court against last year's champions Guangdong Southern Tigers Tuesday evening.

The loss also breaks their unbeaten home court record this season. Jiangsu now trails Guangdong 2-0 in the best 3-of-5 semi-final series.

Yi Jianlian poured in game-high 24 points in the win for the Southern Tigers. Wang Shipeng contributed 20 points. Dixon Jason and Du Feng added 14 and 15 points respectively.

Anderson Ferreira paced Jiangsu with 21 points. Tang Zhengdong ended in only 14 points on 30 percent shooting.

Despite the defeat, Tang has something to cheer for as he had received several trial offers from NBA teams.

Local media reports say he is likely to be heading for Toronto, Canada.
