Berkeley Global Technology Entrepreneurship Program's Reception and Team Presentation was held in Tsinghua University as scheduled. Nearly 20 investment institutions and venture companies' partners and entrepreneurs were invited to attend this meeting. This reception is to promote GTE program well, build a platform for guiders and students, bring more entrepreneurship resources, and inspire students with innovation and entrepreneurship.

After the reception, 10 student teams gave presentations about their creative idea. Their brilliant speeches, innovative business ideas were highly praised by professors and guests. Their profound replies to guests' questions showed Tsinghua Students' style and features. Atmosphere of the meeting was very enthusiastic.

The reception ended successfully. Dr. Anthony St. George also gave a high appraise to students. He said, "Tsinghua students are very excellent and enthusiastic." Meantime, he also thanked for promoting co-ordination of GTE Program.

On the basis of a lot of research and education on the entrepreneurship and technological innovation in Tsinghua University, "Tsinghua-Berkeley Global Technology Entrepreneurship Program," co-founded with UC Berkeley, is the first time for international education program on the technology entrepreneurship in China. Its aim is to cultivate Tsinghua students' entrepreneurial spirit and leadership, popularity of business knowledge, and improve their entrepreneurship and innovation skills. This program will be incorporated into Tsinghua University's graduate training system.
