A press conference will be held in the Press Room of the Great Hall of the People at 10 AM, March 7, 2006 (Tuesday). CPPCC members Wu Jinglian, Lin Yifu, Zhao Zhongxian, Qiu Shaohua and Lu Zhiqiang will present their ideas and opinions concerning the 11th Five-Year Guidelines for the economic and social development.
