The agenda for the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress (NPC) has been approved by the Preparatory Meeting of the 5th Session of the 10th NPC on March 4, 2007 as following:

1. Hearing and deliberating the working report of the government delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council.

2. Reviewing and approving the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for 2006 and the national economic and social development plan for 2007.

3. Reviewing the report on the implementation of the central and local budget for 2006 and the draft central and local budget for 2007, approving the report on the implementation of the central budget for 2006 and the central budget for 2007.

4. Reviewing the Bill of the NPC Standing Committee on Reviewing the Draft Law on Real Rights of the People's Republic of China.

5. Reviewing the Bill of the State Council on Reviewing the Draft Law on Corporate Income Tax of the People's Republic of China.

6. Reviewing the Bill by the NPC Standing Committee on the Draft Decision by the 5th Session of the 10th National People's Congress on the Number and Election of Deputies to the 11th National People's Congress.

7. Reviewing the Bill by the NPC Standing Committee on the Draft Electoral Method of Deputies to the 11th National People's Congress from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

8. Reviewing the Bill by the NPC Standing Committee on the Draft Electoral Method of Deputies to the 11th National People's Congress from Macao Special Administrative Region.

9. Hearing and deliberating the NPC Standing Committee work report delivered by Chairman Wu Bangguo of the NPC Standing Committee.

10. Hearing and deliberating the work report of the Supreme People's Court.

11. Hearing and deliberating the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
