In a dozen years from the late 1950s to the early 1970s, Chinese scientists worked independently toward the successful detonation of China's first A-bomb, and the successful launches of its first missile and its first man-made satellite. These cutting-edge technologies brought with them a spirit based on the selfless dedication of the scientists, their deep love of the country, and their self-reliance, strong resilience, and close teamwork.
“两弹一星”精神
20世纪50年代末至70年代初,在中国共产党的领导下,中国科技工作者依靠自己的力量,仅用了10年左右的时间就创造了原子弹爆炸、导弹飞行和人造卫星上天的奇迹,取得了“两弹一星”事业的辉煌成就,并在这一过程中孕育了“两弹一星”精神。这一精神的要素包括:热爱祖国,无私奉献;自力更生,艰苦奋斗;大力协同,勇于攀登。
