Cooperation with OECD NEA 

On September 29, 2013, China became a strategic partner of the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD/NEA) with the signing of the Joint Statement on Cooperation in the Field of Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy Between the China Atomic Energy Authority and the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Chinese companies have participated in a number of joint research projects initiated or supported by the NEA in the areas of new reactor design safety review, advanced nuclear fuel development, and thermal hydraulic tests. Relevant Chinese departments have participated in the cooperation and exchanges of the Generation IV International Forum (GIF), the Multi-national Design Evaluation Program (MDEP), and the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC), for which the NEA serves as the technical secretariat. A working group on Hualong One has been established under the MDEP. 

中国与经合组织核能机构合作 

2013年9月29日,中国与核能机构签署了《中国国家原子能机构与经济合作与发展组织核能机构关于在和平利用核能领域合作的联合声明》,成为核能机构的战略伙伴。中国有关企业参加了核能机构主持或支持的多个联合研究项目,涉及新型反应堆设计安全审查、先进核燃料研发、热工水力实验等领域。中国有关部门参加了核能机构作为技术秘书处的第四代核能系统国际论坛(GIF)、多国设计评价计划(MDEP)、国际核能合作框架(IFNEC)的合作与交流,在多国设计评价计划下成立了华龙一号工作组。
