After 10 days of intensive work, four artists have completed their first ever collective works of fresco, not somewhere else at a scenic site, but on the walls of a 500-meter deep coal mine tunnel in Linhuan Coal Mine, east China's Anhui Province.
The 700 square meter frescos, painted with environmentally friendly paints on both sides of a major tunnel of Linhuan Coal Mine under the Huaibei Coal Mines Group, well feature beautiful landscapes with green pines and bamboos, and also animals.
The artists believe their artisitic contributions will offer coal mine workers a longstanding sense and heart enjoyment whenever they go underground working.
