China has noticed that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has said that the DPRK has no intention to develop nuclear weapons and may accept inspection through bilateral channels with the United States, said Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan in Beijing Thursday afternoon.
"China has made lots of efforts to promote the peaceful talks" between the two sides, Tang said.
