Northwest China: January 9 to 10, western and northern Xinjiang will be overcast with light to moderate snowfall while the remainder parts of the region will see sunny to cloudy skies. January 11 to 14, affected by streams of cold air, northern and eastern Xinjiang and some eastern parts of the region will be overcast with light to moderate snowfall, while northern Xinjiang and most of eastern parts of the region will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds with colder temperatures.

 

North China: January 9 to 11, most of the region will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies with mild winds and higher temperatures, while central and southern sections will have fogs. January 12 to 15, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will turn to be overcast with force 4 to 6 northerly winds and lower temperatures; some places will see light snowfall.

 

Northeast China: January 9, some central and easternmost sections will meet light snow. January 10 to 12, most of the region will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies with warmer temperature. January 13 to 15, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will have force 5 to 6 northerly winds while some central and southern sections will be overcast with light to moderate snow and lower temperatures.

 

Central China: January 9 to 10, most of the region will be sunny to cloudy. January 11 to 12, some of western parts will be overcast with light rain or snow; some areas will have fogs while most parts of the region will be under sunny to cloudy skies. January 13 to 15, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will have force 4 to 5 northerly winds while some places will be overcast with light rain or snow and the temperature will also drop.

 

East China: January 9 to 11, most of the region will be mainly sunny to cloudy. January 12 to 13, some central and southern sections will be overcast with light rainfall. January 14 to 15, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will have force 4 to 5 northerly winds with dropping temperature, while some areas will see overcast skies with light rain or snow.

 

South China: January 9 to 12, it will be cloudy in most of the region. January 13 to 15, affected by streams of cold air, the region will be cloudy and partly overcast with rainfall in some areas, while central and northern sections will have force 4 northerly winds.

 

Southwest China: January 9 to 11, most of the region will be dominated by cloudy skies with light rainfall possible in some areas. January 12 to 15, most of the region will turn to be overcast with light to moderate rain or snow expected in some eastern Tibet and eastern sections of the region.
