Northwest China: January 8-9, some eastern parts will be overcast with light snow or snow showers accompanied by force 4 northerly winds while remaining parts will be mainly sunny to cloudy. January 10-11, most areas will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies. January 12-13, some eastern areas will continue to be overcast with light rain, snow or snow showers. January 14, western and northern Xinjiang will be overcast with light snow.  

 

North China: January 8, fog will come down in areas of plain. January 9-10, northernmost parts will be overcast with light snow then turn sunny, accompanied by force 4 to 6 northerly winds. Middle and southern areas will have fog and then turn sunny followed by force 5 northerly winds. The temperature will drop. January 11-12, most of the region will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies with force 4 northerly winds in northernmost parts. January 13-14, some northernmost parts will be overcast with light snow or snow showers while the plain will be have foggy.

 

Northeast China: January 8, most parts will be under sunny to cloudy skies. January 9-10, the weather will turn overcast with force 4 to 6 northerly winds and light to moderate snow in some areas. January 11-12, the region will be sunny to cloudy with force 4 to 5 northerly winds and lower temperatures. January 13-14, it’ll be cloudy.

 

Central China: January 8, some parts will have fog. January 9-10, northern areas will have force 4 northerly winds with colder weather. January 11-12, most areas will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies. January 13-14, the region will be sunny to cloudy with fog in some parts.  

 

East China: January 8, some areas will experience fog. January 9-10, some of the Shandong Peninsula will be overcast with light snow or snow showers. Areas north of the Yangtze River will blow force 4 to 6 northerly winds with a drop in temperature. January 11-12, most parts will be sunny to cloudy. January 13-14, the weather will be sunny to cloudy with fog expected in some areas.

 

South China: January 8-9, some areas will be overcast with light rain or rain showers. January 11-12, most parts will be sunny to cloudy with force 3 to 4 northerly winds expected in northern parts. Temperatures will fall. January 13-14, the region will be sunny to cloudy with fog possible in some areas while western Guangxi will be overcast with light rain or showers.

 

Southwest China: January 8-10, southern Sichuan and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will be overcast with light rain or snow while some of western Guizhou will have hail. January 10- 11, western Tibet will be overcast with light snow. January 13-14, some eastern parts of the region will have light rain or snow while western Guizhou will encounter hail.
