Should Foreigners in China Be Seen and Not Heard?

In a recent incident, a foreign woman blocked a Chinese driving his car in the bike line and provoked his anger by asking him to move back into the correct lane. As a bustling international hub, should Beijing now allow foreign visitors to influence and change the manners of its residents? Or should foreigners continue to follow the rules and traditions of China?
