This year's Best Actress Award went to Chinese mainland actress Zhou Xun for her outstanding performances in director Peter Chan's musical film Perhaps Love, while Hong Kong veteran actor Tony Leung Ka Fai won Best Actor Award for his role in director Jonnie To's gangster film Election.
