Jackie Chan Apologizes for Concert Misbehavior
Adjust font size:

Jackie Chan has said "sorry" in an interview after he disrupted a concert by singer-songwriter Jonathan Lee in Hong Kong Monday night.

Hong Kong's Ming Pao Daily News quoted the 52-year-old Chan as saying onstage that he was drunk. In the concert, the star suddenly jumped onto the stage at the Hong Kong Coliseum and demanded to sing with Lee. He then tried to conduct the band but stopped and restarted the music several times.

As the awkward interruption dragged on, audience members started to heckle Chan, who replied with an insult.

Chan, whose Hollywood credits include the Rush Hour series and The Tuxedo, was an invited performing guest at Lee's show Sunday night.
