Crazy Stone Director Enters Hong Kong Market
Adjust font size:

On August 11th, Andy Lau formally introduced Ning Hao, the young and talented director of the hot domestic film Crazy Stone, to the Hong Kong film market through Andy Lau's great project 'New Asian Directors.'

Crazy Stone is a low budget film with 3 million yuan in investment, describing a funny story about a precious stone robbery in Chongqing. However, it has amazingly swept the film market on the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong region, bringing in more than 1.6 million yuan in box office revenue already.

The 'New Asian Directors' project was designed and promoted by Andy's Focus Films Limited in 2005, aiming at nurturing a new group of Asian film directors.
