Hu at Asian-African Summit

Around 100 countries' representatives, including Chinese President Hu Jintao, attend the Asian-African Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia from April 22-24, 2005 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Bandung Conference. Declarations were signed on new strategic partnerships to encourage political solidarity and trade, fight terrorism and organized crime, and respond to natural disasters.
