Towel Gourd with Dried Shrimps
500 grams (1.1 lb) towel gourd
50 grams (0.11 lb) dried shrimps
2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
10 grams (2 tsp) cooking oil 3 grams (1/10 oz) sliced ginger
5 grams (1 tsp) cooking wine


1. Wash the towel gourd clean and cut into shreds 5 cm (2 inches) long and 0.3 cm (0.12 inch) wide.

2. Soak the dried shrimps in water.

3. Heat other water to a boiling point. Put in the scallions, ginger, shrimps, and cooking wine and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the towel gourd and take out to drain when water boils again. Put salt and MSG onto the gourd and boil it again. Mix and serve.

Taste: Salty.
