Molded Sweet Roll
250 grams (0.55 lb) cornstarch
100 grams (0.22 lb)glutinous rice flour
250 grams (0.55 lb) red bean paste


Well mix the cornstarch with the rice flour. Add 100 g(6 tbsp) of hot water and mix the flour. Roll into long thin shape and reduce to small pieces each weighing 20 g (2/3 oz). Use hands to make the dough into a bowk shape, put in the red bean paste, and seal well. Put it in a mold and then steam for 15 minutes.

Features: Beautiful to look at and soft to eat.
Taste: Sweet and delicious.
