From January 2005 to June 2006 the Communist Party of China (CPC) launched an education campaign to maintain the advanced nature of Party members, focused on practicing the important thought of "Three Represents." Education and training of CPC members, discipline and supervision of the Party's organization, and promoting democracy within the Party are the major contents of the campaign.
