China has got their second straight win, beating Poland 3-1, at the Hefei leg of the 2004 World Grand Prix women's volleyball tournament.
The Chinese women claimed the 25-19, 25-18, 23-25 and 25-15 victory in one hour and 34 minutes.
The European champion only gave a powerful performance in the third set, and its rhythm made China lose control of the set.
Earlier, the reigning world champion Italy beat Dominican Republic 25-20, 23-25, 29-27 and 25-19 for its opening victory.
On Saturday, China will take on Italy and Poland play Dominican Republic in the last round of the leg.
