Chen Ke scored 22 points to steer the Bayi Deers to a Christmas Eve victory, a 99-92 decision over the Shanghai Sharks. 

Liu Wei scored a game high 25 points and had 19 rebounds for Guest Shanghai Sharks, who is now ranking second from the bottom in the southern division.

Zhang Jinsong had 21 points, four rebounds for the Deers, Mo Ke added 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Wang Yihan, Tang Zhengdong and Ryan Kelly each scored 15 points as Jiangsu Nangang beat Fujian Xunxing 92-85, extending their winning streak to 17.

In other matches, Henan Jigang won their fifth home win, beating Shangdong Lions 99-85. Welson scored 24 points and had 10 rebounds to give Liaoning Panpan a 109-79 victory over Zhejiang Cyclones.

Guangdong Hongyuan beat Xinjiang Feihu 100-72, Yunnan Honghe edged Jilin Tigers 110-103, Shaanxi Kylins lost to Beijing Ducks 93-98.
