Visiting Jiangsu Nangang suffered a 123-92 defeat to Liaoning Panpan in a Chinese Basketball Association league match, putting an end to their 20-game winning streak.
Liaoning's Liu Xiangtao led the home side with a game-high 36 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Four other teammates made double digits for a combined total of 65 points for Nangang.
Tang Zhengdong scored 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Jiangsu side, while the team's backbone Hu Weidong withdrew in the third quarter after suffering a hard hit.
The victory consolidated Liaoning's leadership position in the northern conference.
In Beijing, the home side lost to defending champion Guangdong Hongyuan 90-87.
Jiao Jian and Ji Chen each had a game-high 29 points for Beijing and Guangdong.
In Shanghai, American player Lee Benson's 41 points helped the visiting Yunnan Bulls defeat the Sharks 102-86.
In other games, Shandong downed Fujian 107-87, Xinjiang beat Jilin 99-90, Bayi defeated Henan 96-95, while Shaanxi overcame Zhejiang 108-99.
