CBA: Jiangsu See Off Xinjiang 105-94

Jiangsu defeated visiting Xinjiang 105-94 to claim their 22nd victory in the season. The win consolidates Jiangsu's leadership position in the southern conference.

The 25th round of the Chinese basketball top league, or CBA, has come to an end with Jiangsu snatching their 22nd victory in the season.

Tang Zhengdong scored 30 points and 13 rebounds while Zhang Cheng added 23 points and eight rebounds as Jiangsu hammered Xingjiang 105-94.

The victory consolidates Jiangsu's leadership position in the southern conference.

In Yunnan, Yu Junkai had four three-pointers in the fourth quarter and the host beat visiting Fujian 108-92.

Bayi suffered a 78-92 loss to defending champion Guangdong with the absence of main scorer Liu Yudong.

In other matches, Shanghai hammered Shaanxi 104-89, Beijing overwhelmed Zhejiang 115-93, Liaoning upset Henan 98-85, while Jilin pocketed a 97-78 home victory over Shandong.
